96 houses in the development zone 't Zand' near Utrecht for client Bouwfonds Fortis.
From the building permit until and including the construction I have been responsible for all aspects of this project. I have designed and drawn all details, produced working drawings as well as the required calculations (daylight, surface, ventilation). Furthermore I represented the office in the on-site meetings with the contractor and client.
